Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Carthage, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,690-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The City of Carthage (the Owner ) extends this Request for Qualifications/Proposal ( RFQ/RFP ) to solicit a response ( Qualifications/Proposal ) from any interested party ( Proposer ) for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services ( Services ) for the construction of a new Police Station for the Carthage Police Department. The new Police Station will be located at 453 W. Sabine Street. The station is being designed for the future and will consist of a new approximately 7,690 square foot, one-story Police Station. The station will include administration, patrol, detaining room, evidence processing, evidence and records storage, training and meeting rooms with multipurpose functions, locker rooms, and ancillary functions. Site work will include the construction of a new gated rear parking lot with covered parking, new on-street public parking lot along West Sabine Street, and other related site improvements. An emergency generator for backup power will be included on site. Please address your questions concerning this RFP: James I.
