THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE AN INVITATION FOR BIDS WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT AUGUST 3, 2023 The VAMC in Amarillo, Texas currently has a requirement to renovate rooms in preparation for XRAY equipment 36C25723B0051 This procurement effort is for construction services where the contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision required to replace, or install deck mounted Unistrut, install new conduit and wire, perform room modification, reconfigure floor and wall mounted cable conduit for new X-ray. The Contractor shall remove the existing floor, level, apply resilient cove base, and install Flexco luxury vinyl floor (LVT). The Contractor shall renovate the rooms including paints, doors, floor, wiring cables and other necessary work for the machine installation according to all of Philips/Project drawings. The necessary work shall be performed to ensure that the rooms meet criteria of radiation protection. Work shall be completely turn-key in preparation to the new Philips Xray units. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45M. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below. The POC for this project will be Rhonda Richardson.
