Multiple Award Construction Contract () Program, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) This acquisition is a total small business set-aside of at least ten (10) contract awards. The period of is a two-year base period plus three (3) two-year option periods. The minimum guarantee per awardee over the life of this contract is $500 each following attendance of the post-award orientation conference. The sample project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The total aggregate ceiling value of this program is $90,000,000 for the base plus all option periods. Government reserves the right to award fewer than or more than the stated target number of contract awards.
