A timeline for the award was no yet been established Trinity Metro seeks a proposal for the replacement of fifteen (15) existing HVAC systems as well as the installation of four (4) new systems for designated areas. Trinity Metro would also like to include an option in this scope to replace existing exhaust fans. Purpose: Trinity Metro is seeking proposals for an HVAC project involving several Trinity Metro Facilities. This project will include the replacement of existing units, the installation of new units, as well as an option of replacing exhaust fans. This will be a turnkey project. This project requires an experienced HVAC contractor to execute the job. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material tools, equipment, supervision, and other related items required to complete the project. This project is Grant Funded and must meet all required Federal standards laid out in the Request for Proposal package. Contractors are advised to visit the sites and verify the existing site conditions to develop their proposal.
