Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Truro, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

Supply and installation of heat pumps, including outdoor condensing unit pan heater and surge protector where necessary and insulated refrigerant piping, control wire and drain line as required. Also include white PVC pipe enclosure as required for exterior of building. Mount outdoor condensing unit to aluminum wall bracket or snow stand as required. All site clean-up prior to completion. Start up and adjusting as needed once installation is complete. Should extra work be required outside of the scope of the tender, proponents will provide a written quote to the Purchasing officer for the extra work and wait for written confirmation from The Town before proceeding with any extras. Verbal requests for extra work or supplies will not be entertained. The Town of Truro invites tenders on the supply and installation of a number of heat pumps/condensing units for our Douglas St Recreation Facility. The units will come with wireless remote controls. The Town reserves the right to seek quotes on any extras and is under no obligation to assign any extra work to the successful bidder if it is not cost effective to do so.
