This Request for Proposal (RFP), issued by Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board (FLB), is an invitation to prospective bidders to submit proposals for the purchase and removal of a 32,000 sqft. (approx.) fabric hoop barn. An opportunity to view the unassembled components of the former AgriDome at the Nova Scotia Provincial Exhibition Complex will be offered to prospective bidders on Thursday, August 31, 2023. Anyone interested in viewing should contact the flbns@novascotia.ca to reserve a time. Estimated Duration of Contract (months):1 Inquiries regarding the specifications are to be directed to: Inquiries: flbns@novascotia.ca Any clarification required by a bidder must be requested in writing to the RFP contact. Requests must be provided two (2) business days before the closing date to allow proper consideration and a reply. The response to a request for clarifications will be posted on the Nova Scotia Government tender portal as an Addendum if deemed appropriate to ensure fairness. FLB specifically reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposal or portion thereof.
