The BC Liquor Distribution Branch ("LDB") requests proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide the hauling and disposal of waste corrugated cardboard (the "Services") for the LDB's distribution centres in Delta (the "DDC") and Kamloops (the "KDC"). The LDB has broken up its requirements for Services into two locations: DDC and KDC. This RFP is for both locations, and the Proponent may submit a Proposal for any one or both locations. OCC is a marketable commodity. The LDB expects the Contractor to remit to the LDB, on a monthly basis, credit or payment for the OCC, at the publicly posted fair market value as posted by the Pulp & Paper Weekly, Pacific Northwest High Rate, less the fees incurred for the Services.
