Site work for a water / sewer project in Byram, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Supplying all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for completion of the City of Byram Sewer Lagoon Pond 3 Dam Repair. Bidders must be qualified under Mississippi State Law and show Certificate of Responsibility issued by the Mississippi State Board of Public Contractors. The principal items of work include the following: Excavation and backfill of erosion cavities along the existing sewer lagoon dam. The work must be completed within 90 Calendar days. The contract will be subject to liquidated damages of $500.00 per calendar day. Each bidder must deposit with his proposal a Bid Bond or Certified Check in an amount equal to five percent of his bid, payable to the City of Byram as bid security. The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the bid. Attorneys-in fact who sign Bid Bonds, Payment Bonds or Performance Bonds must file with each bond a certified and effective dated copy of their Power of Attorney For any questions relating to the electronic process contact through online.
