Site work for a water / sewer project in Barnstable, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Questions Due Date: Aug 4th 2023, 12:00 PM EDT Project Description: Furnishing all labor, materials, & equipment necessary to install sewer lateral riser connection pipes as specified. The Town of Barnstable Department of Public Works (the Town) intends to build vertical extensions onto existing service laterals in roads listed below. The existing services end at the edge of the Town right of way. Refer to Attachment B for exact locations. B. Work Included: The work to be performed under this Contract includes but is not limited to installation of sewer lateral riser connection pipes, excavation, backfill, removal and replacement of pavement and/or concrete, site restoration and appurtenant work. Up to 163 6-inch diameter vertical riser extensions of varying depth are to be installed. A list of exact property location and approximate depths is provided in Appendix B. C. Schedule Limitations: 1. The gravity sewer riser installation will not begin before September 5 and shall and be ready to accept abutter connections on or before January 31, 2024.
