The Procurement Office on behalf of the Town of Barnstable Department of Public Works is soliciting bids for REISSUE: FY23 Sodium Hypochlorite 15% in accordance with Chapter 30B, Massachusetts General Law. A one (1) year contract is offered for the supply and delivery of Sodium Hypochlorite, 15%; up to 35,000 Gallons. This contract is subject to the yearly appropriation of funds for these services. All contracts must be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of this Invitation for Bid and MGL30B. The Town has no discretion under the law to consider bids that fail to comply with those requirements, except for minor informalities as permitted by law. Last day to Submit Questions: June 26, 2023 no later than 12:00 Noon The Town of Barnstable reserves the right to reject any or all bids when deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Barnstable.
