A. Include the General Conditions, Modifications to the General Conditions, and applicable parts of Division 01 as part of this Section. B. Examine all other Sections of the Specifications for requirements which affect work of this Section whether or not such work is specifically mentioned in this Section. C. Coordinate work with that of all other trades affecting or affected by work of this Section. Cooperate with such trades to assure the steady progress of all work under Contract. D. It is the intent of the Specifications and the Drawings to require that the equipment to be furnished complete in every respect, and that this Contractor shall provide all equipment needed and usually furnished in connection with such systems to provide a complete installation. Equipment, materials, and articles incorporated in the work shall be new and of the best grade of their respective kinds. The Fair Share construction requirement for this project is a minimum of 10.4% combined MBE/WBE participation by state certified MBEs and WBEs.
