Reference Number 0000322210 This RFP is for engineering services, it is not a request for a construction bid. The RFP is for Construction Management services from a qualified professional engineering firm for providing construction administration, inspection, testing and project closeout services for the County Line Road Roadway Improvements project in the Town of Erie. This project will Reconstruct County Line Road between Telleen Avenue and Jay Road to include two travel lanes, center median or turn lane, 4' median for bio retention and water quality treatment, protected bicycle lane, sidewalk (east side), and 10' multi-use trail (west side). All questions related to this Proposal should be submitted through the RMEPS website by 1:00 pm local time, on August 24, 2023.
