Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Erie, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and playground / park / athletic field.
A qualified and experienced General Contractor to provide general construction management and construction services for the construction of Clayton Park, located in the Erie Highlands Neighborhood on the southeast corner of Highland Blvd. and Highland Circle. The General Contractor will work closely with the Town Project Team and the landscape architect during construction of the park. Base bid work shall include: Open Turf Green Space, Two Baseball/Softball Fields, Concrete Walks and Pedestrian Trails, Playgrounds, Basketball Half Court, Utilities Water, Sewer, Electrical, Site Grading and Drainage, Landscape, Irrigation System, Shade and Picnic Structure, Site Furnishings. All questions must be submitted by email to the Project Manager (lbolinger@erieco.gov Opens in New Window). All questions will be answered in an addendum. The last day for questions is November 12, 2019.
