Question Acceptance Deadline 03/29/2022 07:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes Buyer's Requirements General Requirements - Local Service Required Award Requirements - Reserve Rights to Award by Line Item The Town of Erie Parks and Open Space Division requests proposals from qualified firms for services related to on-call open space, natural areas, and abandoned oil & gas well restoration services. Potential work includes seedbed prep, drill seeding, mulching/crimping, mowing, plowing/deep ripping, fencing, storm water BMP maintenance, hydro-mulching, weed control, and soil science consulting to include vegetation assessments, as-built assessments, and ecological restoration planning. Additionally, utility and public infrastructure improvement projects undertaken by other Town departments often require significant restoration activities. The selected firm will work closely with Town staff to ensure that these restoration efforts are executed properly to reestablish site stability and ecosystem functions. Please review the Bid Submission Requirements, page 12 of the bid package, and attach a copy of your responses to complete your bid, your bid will be considered incomplete without this attachment.
