Site work for a road / highway in Erie, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The project consists of the construction of landscape and irrigation improvements in the Colliers Hill Metropolitan District. The project is located in the Town of Erie, along and adjacent to WCR-5, and Flora View Drive. Landscape improvements include the installation of trees, shrubs, grasses and perennials, mulch, native landscape and temporary seeded areas. Irrigation improvements consist of 3 separate points of connection. Improvements are primarily drip irrigation for traffic median landscapes. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the date the bids are opened.
