Design detention pond(s) in Downtown Erie to increase storage capacity in the event of a storm and prevent excess ponding at the sump at High Street and Moffat Street. The ponds will utilize open space on the north and south sides of Moffat Street and discharge into the existing storm sewer in High Street.
