All questions will be answered in an addendum. Construction of a pedestrian overpass bridge over Coal Creek and the existing Coal Creek trail, east of Coal Creek Park ending at the east edge of the Regional Transportation District (RTD) right-of-way. This includes bridge landing areas west and east of the pedestrian bridge, construction/installation of a 225 foot pedestrian bridge over Coal Creek and Coal Creek Trail, concrete sidewalk trail connection from the east bridge landing, south to the tie in to the existing Coal Creek Trail, and retaining walls. Work includes installation of a 16 linear foot concrete crossing at the RTD tracks. The work also includes but is not limited to: embankment overburden placement for compaction due to poor soils, grading and subgrade prep, paving, bridge construction, concrete sidewalk construction, trail construction, utility coordination and protection, and supporting items of work.
