Reference Number 0000333420 The Town of Erie Parks & Recreation Department is requesting proposals from a suitably qualified consultant or consultant team to provide professional services for the development of a well-structured and purposeful Comprehensive & Strategic Plan that will serve as a roadmap to reach community goals through clear, data-supported guidance. The plan will contain two components: 1) a Comprehensive Plan for the Town's Parks, Recreation, Open Space, and Trails for the next ten years (2025-2034); and 2) a Strategic Plan laying out specific and systematic goals and objectives derived from the Comprehensive Plan to be completed annually over the next five years (2025-2029).
