Greater Renovo Area Heritage Park has acquired CDBG funding to repair and improve the Maxwell Building roof. The current structure consists of a 4 story, unreinforced brick masonry building constructed in the early 1900s. The floors and roof are supported by masonry bearing steel and timber members. A structural analysis of the existing load bearing masonry walls and water damaged timber members are required to determine a future scope of work for masonry repair, timber replacement and roofing replacement. The Greater Renovo Area Heritage Park reserves the right to accept or reject any and all quotations or to waive any irregularities.
