This is a request for quote on th installation of standby generators and transfer switches for the USDA ARS Crop Improvement and Protection Research Facility in Salinas, CA. Please see the attached documents for important information including how and when to submit quotes along with the instructions. Amendment 0001 is included at publishing due to a processing error and only adds information in block 14 which should have been in block 11(b) of the SF-18. No acknowlegment of this amendment is necessary. This is a total small business set-side with a construction of between $100,000 and $250,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. If a quote is above $150K, a bid guarantee is required in an amount not less than 20 percent of the proposed price but shall not exceed $3,000,000
