Site work for a water / sewer project in Whistler, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) is requesting quotations to complete civil works on Baxter’s Creek adjacent to Valley Trail. The scope of work shall include the following: Excavate and expose sanitary main to a minimum 600mm below pipe. Install Geotextile and 300mm thick base pad of 100mm Pit Run. Install Approx. +/- 5 Cu.m. concrete encasement as shown in Pipe Encasement Detail including inset cobbles. Backfill remaining trench with Approx. +/- 20 Cu.m. graded 400-600mm Boulders, 100-175mm Cobbles and Sand. Contractor to remove and replace riprap sidewalls required to permit construction on sanitary main.
