Friday, August 11th, 2023 2:00 PM Deadline for written questions Friday, August 18th, 2023 2:00 PM Statement of Qualifications Due The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as "Owner," on behalf the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia ("Using Agency" or ''BOR''), is seeking firms interested in providing construction management at-risk services for a project known as J-409-CM, Pafford Building Renovation at the University of West Georgia. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document can be downloaded from the Georgia procurement Registry under the Documents tab appearing at the top of this page. Interested firms should continue to check this site for project related updates and additional information. The preliminary Stated Cost Limitation (SCL) or construction cost of the Project is estimated at $13,500,000. The final SCL may be revised by the Owner due to final programmatic requirements, funding availability or other circumstances The CM's services are anticipated to commence Summer/Fall 2024. The construction documents are anticipated for completion in Summer 2024. The start of construction is contingent on the availability of funding.
