Site work and paving for a civil project in Carrollton, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
Carroll County Water Authority (CCWA) North Carroll Waterlines Installation Contract Sealed Bids for the construction of approx. 42,000 ft. of waterlines, ranging in size from 2 in. to 12 in., and assoc. appurtenances will be received by CCWA at their Admin Office located at 556 Old Bremen Rd, Carrollton, GA 30117. This Contract will include work in areas ranging from major streets and hwys. to low lying easement areas next to creeks and streams. The OWNER will provide straight lengths of pipe along with procured fittings and appurtenances as listed in the Contract Docs. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all other materials, implements, machinery, equipment, tools, transportation and labor required for safe prosecution and completion of work. All interested parties are encouraged to attend. Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the Bid. The Successful Bidder must furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond. All bonds shall be provided by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of GA and acceptable to the OWNER. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids if deemed to be in best interest of the OWNER. *"view only" status- You are required to obtain bid documents directly from the owner to be considered an official plan holder*
