Site work and paving for a civil project in Wentzville, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City of Wentzville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for construction of Route Z and Interstate Drive Intersection Improvements. The Scope of Work shall include pavement reconstruction and widening, curb and gutters, shoulders, sidewalks multi-use trail, inlets and storm sewers, traffic signals, signing and striping and other miscellaneous work as required to complete the project Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount shall accompany each bid in accordance with the Notice to Contractors City of Wentzville as required by the laws of the State of Missouri and in an amount not less than 100% percent of the aggregate amount of the Contract. A payment bond as required by the laws of the State of Missouri and in an amount not less than 100%percent of the aggregate amount of the Contract. The Contractor shall procure and maintain a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 10% of the finalContract Sum after any and all Change Orders and/or formal contract amendments. The DBE Goal for this project is 12%. DBE participation is recommended and DBE Firms must be listed in the MRCC The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities. Liquidated damages per day $ 1,225
