Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Piqua, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
The City of Piqua is currently accepting bids for one (1) Abatement and Demolition Project located at 337 S. Main St. The purpose of the project is to ready the structure for complete demolition. Demolition work to be completed within 60 days of Notice to Proceed being issued. The preferred completion date is August 31, 2023. The City of Piqua reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in a bid, or to accept the bid or bids which the judgment of proper officials, is to the best interest of the City. The City of Piqua reserves the right to accept a part or parts of a bid unless otherwise restricted in the bid.
