The Ohio History Connection is seeking bids for Johnston Farm Museum Restroom Renovation. OHC intends to award the project to one successful Bidder. The Owner intends to award one (1) contract to one (1) bidder for the project. Direct all questions and comments to the OHC Project Manager: Ms. Beth McFarlane V: (614) 297-2450 F: (614) 297-2455 The final date questions are due to the Architect (if you wish to guarantee answer in final Addendum on Tuesday, November 30th is: Monday, November 29th, at 12:00 noon. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond are required as defined in the Contract Documents. Prevailing wage rates for Brown County as determined by the State of Ohio, Department of Commerce, Division of Labor and Safety will be applicable to this Work. The amount of the Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Letter of Credit shall be equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid plus add alternates No bids may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after the Bid Opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
