Renovation of a mixed-use development in Piqua, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and municipal facility.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in any Bid, and to accept any Bid that is deemed by City to be most favorable to the City. Sealed bids for interior painting at the Municipal Government Complex & Police Department will be received by the City of Piqua Purchasing Office. Bids must be signed and submitted on City bid forms included in the bid package. The sealed envelope must be marked IFB 2211 - Painting. Each Bid must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the Bid and all persons interested therein. No Bidder shall withdraw his Bid after the actual opening thereof. Item # 1 - Replace or refinish wooden window sills on north and south sides ofthe first-floor public spaces including vestibule locations. Item # 2 - Price to include repainting handrail from lower level ofRotunda to upper level on main stairway. Item # 3 - Paint CMU walls and handrails, not to include the balustrade portion ofthe handrails, on OPTION #1 and #2 Item # 4 - Paint CMU wall and handrails, not to include the balustrade portion ofthe handrails on OPTION #3 and #4
