PIQ023 ENGINEERS ESTIMATE: $484,170 The project generally includes installation of 12" sanitary sewer with steel casing via boring/jacking method beneath a canal and dam structure, 12" sanitary sewer via opentrench method, precast concrete manholes, sanitary bypass pumping, and abandonment of existing sanitary sewer with flowable fill. This project is being advertised for bids based on the receipt of Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) funding. CONTRACTOR shall comply to maximum extent practicable with OPWC's domestic steel, drug-free workplace, Ohio preference, and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements. CONTRACTOR shall have an approved EEO program on file with the State's EEO coordinator prior to bid opening or provide evidence in Bid that CONTRACTOR has adopted the minority manpower utilization goals and timetables set forth in "Appendix A" and the specific affirmative action steps set forth in "Appendix B" of the State EEO Bid Conditions The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in any Bid, and to accept any Bid which is deemed by Owner to be most favorable to the Owner.
