Models have demonstrated that Pine Needles, Kentland Trail and Regal SPS are in dire need of upgrades before any additional sewage volumes are sent to them Project is in New Kent County capital budget fy 2026 CIP ______________________________________________________________________ Upgrade of the Pine Needles SPS to current standards. Models have demonstrated that Pine Needles, Kentland Trail and Regal SPS are in dire need of upgrades before any additional sewage volumes are sent to them Fiscal Year 2024-2028 *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
