As of September 13, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Liquidated Damages $6,700 per calendar day Estimated Bid Value 5330000 Project Duration 90 working days Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 0.00% Performance Bond 0.00% General work description: The project includes pavement rehabilitation with the addition of Class II bikes lanes on Florin Road (from 24th Street to Munson Way). Work will include reconstruction of roadway, reconstruction curb ramps to ADA standards, pavement markings, roadside signs, traffic signal modifications and street lighting as shown on the plans and as directed by the Engineer. The Contractor shall possess a license or a combination of classes required by the categories and type of work included in this contract at the time this contract is awarded. Bids are required for the entire work described herein. This contract is subject to the State contract nondiscrimination and compliance requirements pursuant to the Government Code Section 12990. All such proposals received and any work performed thereunder must comply with the requirements of Title 3 of the Sacramento City Code.
