Site work and new construction of a military facility in Albany, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,272-square-foot military facility.

This is a Design-Build project and provides for the construction of a new 3,272 SF Military Working Dog (MWD) Kennel consisting of slab-on-grade foundation, non-porous concrete walls with a standing-seam metal roof with positive ventilation. Project provides tack room, food preparation and storage space, and heating & ventilation systems (HVAC) for kennel. Site prep will include reconfiguration of fence/gates, storm water drainage, lighting, and security access controls as well as perimeter lighting Project reconfigures the existing kennel facility, BLDG 5305, to provide required office and support facilities. Reconfigure interior to provide required kennel support functions, to include: two quarantine kennels, restrooms/showers, lockers, storage space, and workstations in open office configuration. Project modifies the training yard to provide separate exterior exercise area, break area and Obedience Obstacle Course with training fixtures.
