Renovation of a residential development in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
New Panelboard Upgrades to several Family Housing Units located on Rockcliff Crescent, Sydney, N.S This agreement shall be in effect for a period of 90 days commencing October 12, 2023 and ending January 9, 2024. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, a Certified Cheque payable To the Authority, Government of Canada Bearer Bond(s), or an irrevocable Letter of Credit drawn On a Canadian Chartered Bank, Credit Union or Trust Company. The amount of security must be Not less than (10%) of this Bid. Bid Security is to be in Canadian Funds and security in the form of Cash will not be accepted. Provide security upon award of the contract as specified under Claus 8.2 in the Instructions to Bidders and such security will be in a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond Each in the amount of 50 per cent (50%) of the Contract value or negotiable security in the of 10 per cent (10%) New Panelboard Upgrades to several Family Housing Units located on Rockcliff Crescent, Sydney, N.S. All work is to be done in accordance with The Specifications, the Job Procedures, the Location of Properties Sheet, And all other relevant documents of the Bid Package.
