Phase 1 of the work involves the installation of ~1200 m of 100 mm diameter low pressure sewer main, service connections and associated works. Optional Phase 2 works includes ~775 m of 100 mm diameter low pressure sewer main and associated works will proceed only as determined by the Owner, based on funding constraints. The work takes places in the Virden Industrial Park, north of PR 259 at Commonwealth Drive in the Town of Virden.. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the Total Bid.
