Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project's work generally consists of the installation of a 750 kW diesel engine generator system with a sound attenuated outdoor enclosure, sub-base fuel tank, automatic transfer switch, and reinforced concrete foundation; installation of new electrical service poles, complete with racks, mounts, and enclosures; the establishment of a new electrical service feed; and the restoration of all disturbed areas associated with said work. Restoration work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, cleanup, grading, and hydromulch seeding to restore disturbed areas to original or better than original conditions. Question Deadline 09/08/2023 at 5:00 PM CT Bidding Documents are to be directed to the ENGINEER in writing via online Contractor shall furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price as security for the faithful performance and payment of all of Contractors obligations under the Contract Documents Completion and Final Payment : 480 calendar days
