Huron River Drive, Ypsilanti, MI General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Contractors License Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required - Safety Standards Plan Work to be done includes removal and replacement of existing piping, valves, and pumps within the Ford Lake Park Pump Station in the Charter Township of Ypsilanti. The Contractor can store equipment and supplies at either the YCUA Service Center at 2780 Clark Road, Ypsilanti or the YCUA wastewater treatment plant at 2777 State Road, Ypsilanti. YCUA will not be responsible for any theft, damage, or loss of Contractor's equipment or supplies on YCUA sites. The Contractor for the project shall have a bonding capacity of not less than $2,000,000. The Contractor shall also have completed a minimum of 2 projects for public agencies within the past 2 years.
