Reference Number 0000328699 Ridge Rd. Sidewalk Construction and rehabilitation of approximately 3,000 feet of 5-foot-wide concrete sidewalk along the west side of Ridge Road, construction of new bus stop pads at the corner of Ridge Road and Clark Road, minor improvements to the existing bus stop at the northwest corner of Ridge Road and Holmes Road, and construction of a mid-block crossing on Ridge Road at Clark Road. Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond for a sum no less than 5% of the amount of the Bid will be with each Bid. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids. The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids.
