Owner's Legal Office, The Village of Deshler, Reservoir Pedestrian Bridge project consists of the construction of a prefabricated steel truss pedestrian bridge and site improvements between the water tower and the middle reservoir in Deshler, Ohio. THE RESERVOIR PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE PROJECT WILL INSTALL A NEW PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE OVER BRUSH CREEK BETWEEN THE MIDDLE AND LARGE WATER RESERVOIRS. THIS WILL PROVIDE A SAFE PASSAGE OVER BRUSH CREEK AS WELL AS CONNECT THE MULTI-USE WALKING PATH TO THE EAST TO THE AREA NEAR THE WATER TOWER. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Owner. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Owner as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
