Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of services shall include, but not be limited to, the following requirements: o Realigning the entrance drive to the trailhead parking lot from the intersection of O'Brien and Butterworth. o Expanding the capacity of the trailhead parking lot. o Pavement removal throughout the site. o Vegetation removal (brush, grasses/turf). o Light pole removals and new relocated site lighting. o Minor sidewalk removal. o Storm removal/abandonment and new storm infrastructure. o Earthwork/grading to create wetland/water habitat. o Boardwalk construction. o New walkways and asphalt pavement, concrete curb, gutter, and storm work. o General site restoration and landscaping. o Other improvements noted on the site plan drawings. o The Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary to complete the Project. o Project shall be in compliance with all local and state permitting Inquiries Deadline Date & Time (local) 8/4/2023, 2 PM
