Renovation of a detention facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
For replacement of the Locker Room Air Handler at the Corrections Facility Inclusions: o Permits o Crane Service o Removal/Disposal of existing make up air unit o Removal/Disposal of existing 15-ton condensing unit o Cutting and capping of hot water piping o Installation of curb adapter o Installation of (1) new 15-ton Trane rooftop unit with gas heat o 2" tap on gas main o High pressure gas regulator for main o Gas piping over fleet and onto roof at new rooftop unit o Valves, fittings and regulators o Electrical o Start up and operations check Each contract over $50,000 must be accompanied by a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each payable to the Owner (County of Kent) and each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price with a corporate surety approved by the funding agency, for the faithful performance of the contract.
