Site work for a water / sewer project in Airway Heights, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project generally consists of the following: Installation of approximately 3,100 LF of PVC water main, installation of approximately 740 LF of PVC sewer main, approximately 480 CY of rock excavation for the utilities and associated appurtenances to loop the water system and extend sewer mains outside of the proposed road profile for the 10th Avenue road project. a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond, payable to the City of Airway Heights, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond, each in the full amount of the contract price. The City shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding documents or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
