The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is an agency within the Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) system. The Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) division of HHSC administers solicitations for HHS. The required services to be provided are evening janitorial, day porter and semi-annual floor services at 1716 Parkway Drive, Lubbock, Texas 79403. The facility is 21,105 sq ft. with 8398 sq ft of tile flooring and 12,707 sq ft of carpet flooring. There are approximately 60 employees working at the facility and 30 visitors daily. Evening janitorial services shall be provided after 6:00 p.m. and before 6:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. The Contractor shall supply all cleaning supplies and paper products, which must be approved by HHSC.
