Reference Number 0000382184 Blacktop Sealing at Diethrick Park including concourse and entrance. Contractor to provide all material, labor, and equipment to complete the listed items as directed by engineer. 1. Clean and prep all areas to be coated. 2. Clear any grass that is overhanging the edges of the surfaces. 3. Fill all cracks and repair any damaged or deteriorated areas. 4. Apply two coats of coal tar base blacktop sealer. a. ALL EDGES, CURBS AND AROUND BUILDINGS AND SIDEWALKS MUST BE HAND APPLIED TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO FACILITIES AND TO ENSURE A PROFESSIONAL APPLICATION. 5. Clean up and dispose of all debris. Upon receipt of the notice to proceed the Contractor is to begin the project on August 4, 2025 and complete the project by August 8, 2025 due to previously scheduled events.
