All iron, steel, and construction materials used in this project must be produced or manufactures in the United States. All manufactured products used in the project must be made in the United States. The cost of components of the U.S. manufactured product must be greater than 60% of the total cost of all components). The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
