tower site.

The required shelter shall meet the following specifications:
Precast Concrete Shelter:
10 x 14 (Outside Dimension) concrete shelter.
9.5 (Inside Dimension) floor to ceiling height.
Steel rebar in compliance with ASTM A615 Grade 60, tied and welded.
Compliance with Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete (ACI 318-19).
Steel reinforced concrete, 5000 psi, 250psf floor live load, 150 mph wind, 2 Hour Fire Rated, Level IV
Bullet Resistant.
Solid Concrete roof, sealed.
Exposed Aggregate Exterior - Tan or Brown. Smooth finish will be accepted if it is Tan or Brown.
Insulation: R-11 walls and R-19 roof.
Commercial vinyl tile floor covering.
3/4 OSB/FRP interior finish, white.
3-0 x 7 door System, UL 752 Level 3 Bullet Resistant.
KABA Keypad Mortise lock W/ deadbolt E5067B-WL-626 Keypad.
