Site work and outdoor lighting for a road / highway in Window Rock, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.

This invitation is unrestricted; however, preference shall be given to Navajo Organization and Navajo or Indian Owned Economic Enterprises in accordance with 24 CFR 1000.48, 1000.50 and 1000.52. All responses will be made in writing to all vendors who have an interest in this RFP Introduction: The Navajo Housing Authority (NHA) is seeking qualified Design-Build Firms interested in submitting a proposal to design Solar powered LED pole-based lighting system and install the lighting fixtures for the subdivisions listed below. Training must be provided to NHA maintenance and housing management staff on operation and preventive maintenance.
