The Owner, the Navajo Nation Division of Economic Development, is seeking Statements of Qualifications and Fee Proposals (SOQ/FP) from qualified consultants for the Church Rock Phase II Construction Project to sample and test materials that are components of the final work product of the Contractor(s) and provide certification that the materials meet the requirements of the Owner and the Projects Specifications. In addition, the consultant will perform Special Inspections as required by the construction documents under NFPA 5000 and IBC 2006.
