**As of September 6, 2023, project was awarded, start date is October 10,2023 and will be completed by end of this year** 2023 Paving Program - work consists of milling app. 61,243 SY of roadway, placement of app. 6,600 tons of hot mix asphalt, and related work to include replacing worn castings and structure adjusting. The scope of this Contract consists of furnishing all materials and labor necessary for the completion of the Work as specified herein. The Work consists of resurfacing streets, as listed in Appendix B, as well as cold planing, furnishing and replacing castings, adjusting structures, and related work to include sweeping of streets in preparation of paving. Prior to invoicing, the Contractor shall submit to the Owner a breakdown of all associated costs per street for all items listed. Individual load slips for HMA and tack coat shall be submitted to the DPW along with the payment application.
