Exterior Painting at Three Town Buildings. location Grandview Farm, 55 Center Street, Burlington, MA Burlington Public Museum, 13 Bedford Street, Burlington, MA West School, 106 Bedford Street Burlington, MA All labor and materials associated with all preparation including staging, scraping all loose/chipping paint, patching, repairing and replacing damaged/ missing siding, trim, sashes and/or gutters where necessary; the application of one coat of primer to all trim, window sashes, doors, exterior siding and gutters where necessary; and the application of two coats of finish paint to the Grandview Farm, Burlington Public Museum, and the West School Buildings including all specific additional instructions as directed by DPW Buildings & Cemeteries Personnel at the mandatory walk-through.
