BRICK WORK: • Demolition of Bricks as per plans. • Preparation of every window opening/ waterproofing/ bucks. • Bricks furnish (Complete system, ties, & Installation). Proposal most include Material/Installation Lead times. • Misc. Steel (drip plates, stainless steel flashing) • Waterproofing. • Caulking at expansion joints. • Stucco Repairs and Paint. • Clean bricks • Removal and Reinstall sunscreens. • Existing Windows Sills Removal and replacement to match existing. • Interior Drywall repairs and touch up paint on affected areas. • Equipment ( Boom lift, Forklift ) • Scaffolding • Connex • Insurance & Taxes GLASS WORK: • Removal and disposal of the old existing 2nd & 3rd floor windows that are to be replaced. • New exterior framing shall be the YHC-300 OG impact resistant curtainwall system as specified. • Balcony door shall be the YKK YTD-350 TH doors. • The aluminum shall have a standard clear anodized finish as noted on the plans. • The system shall be glazed with 1 5/16” insulated laminated gray impact glass with a SB70 Low E coating. (SHGC=.25 & U=.28) • Include a low expansion foam under CW frame after installation as noted on the plans. • Includes .040 aluminum brake metal at the sill and head were shown on the plans. NOTE: These do not continue under the frames anchors and will be installed as shown in details B on Sheets A 4.01, 4.02, 4.03 & 4.04. Details A on sheet A4.02 • Include two beads of caulking for weatherproofing. One to existing condition as primary sealant and one to brake metal or perimeter finish as secondary sealant. • Shop drawings, Engineering, field measure, all applicable taxes and installation • Proposal most include Material/Installation Lead times. • Trades : ?
