CONCRETE RESTORATION (1ST- 5TH Floors): • Restoration of Concrete Cracks • Restoration of Concrete Spalls GLASS WORK: • Existing Window demolition • New Impact Resistant Windows with Alum Frames • Perimeter caulking SITEWORK ANS STRIPING: • Demolition of existing Palm at new entrance per plans and RFI email. • Demo of signage and pavement marks as per plans • Demo of existing Islands and bollards as per plans • Demo and cutting of asphalt and concrete as indicated • New Signage as per plans • Stripping with Thermoplastic paint • New entrance, Asphalt, Curbs, Sidewalk as per plans INTERIOR/EXTERIOR PAINT: • Pressure clean surfaces to be painted • Seal and minor repairs on Stucco Walls • Repaint walls, Columns, Soffits, ceilings and roof knee walls • Scrape, sand and repaint hollow metal doors and frames, bollards and miscellaneous metals • Trades : ?
